Implementation Process

Implementing our BDM approach is a detailed and supportive journey. Once you join us, our Client Success team initiates the onboarding of your organization in five strategic stages:

1. Discovery

Collaborate with your dedicated Manager to establish a timeline, clarify your strategic objectives, and plan initial steps.

2. Audit & Planning

Together, assess your internal and external processes and setting up both your team and systems for successful engagement

3. Marketing

Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy based on the data collected during our audit.

4. Launch

Receive full support during the launch phase, with proactive assistance for all team members, data refinement, and additional marketing and communication support as needed.

5. Ongoing Support

Regular check-ins by your Manager to provide best practices, address challenges, and ensure your BDM strategy is optimally executed.

Ensuring Success

Beyond the initial implementation, your Physician Relationship Manager continues to advocate and strategize for your success. Regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) involve key stakeholders to assess the ROI of your BDM initiatives and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
